Why shops call us instead of replacing the box
Left Coast Refrigeration is a commercial shop in Escondido. Since 2013 we have built and repaired walk-in coolers, manufactured door gaskets in-house, hung custom doors, replaced floors, and refurbished boxes so restaurants, grocers, and bars can keep using the walk-in they already have.
A walk-in is expensive to rip out. In a lot of kitchens the problem is the skin, the door, the gasket, or the floor — not the whole structure. An alumafoam refurb, a new door, or a gasket that actually fits can cut energy waste and keep the box in service. We manufacture gaskets here. We build doors here. We install the work ourselves.
